Ah, graphic design! The art of making things look pretty and organized, while secretly hiding the fact that you have no idea what you’re doing. It’s like magic, except instead of a wand, you have a mouse, and instead of a spell book, you have Adobe Creative Suite. But hey, who needs a degree in art when you can just use your intuition and a couple of online tutorials, right? So grab your caffeine of choice, put on your favorite playlist, and let’s learn how design magic happens!

the idea

Graphic Design is an absolute blast! It's a boundless realm of creativity where you can dive headfirst into a world of endless possibilities. With this project, I set out to craft an exhilarating description of the Dawson Graphic Design program that would make anyone eager to join, even if they have no clue what to expect. This joyride of fun and playfulness was the main objective because I believe that design shouldn't be all work and no play. I took a hands-on approach because I wanted to showcase how graphic design and art can come together in the most extraordinary and mind-boggling ways.

I was able to tap into my creative side and think outside the box to produce the most fun and innovative work I've ever done. Working on this project allowed me to explore new avenues and come up with a playful way to showcase Dawson College's graphic design program. The book design itself was a feast for the eyes with its lively colours and intricate illustrations, making it an irresistible choice for anyone interested in the program.
